Please note that due to the ongoing pandemic, it is taking us a bit longer to get shipments out. We are doing our best to get your orders out as quickly as possible but this, in addition to the issues the USPS are facing, will lead to some delays. With this in mind, please note that your order may take up to 5-7 business days to process before shipping out.

What time do you update your online shop?

Generally, when we release new items, we update our online shop at 12pm PST. 

 

When are particular items released?

Most of our items do not have set release dates, unless noted otherwise. Please sign up for the Nora Inu newsletter or follow our News section. From there you will be able to receive email alerts or read about our updates each time we release a product. 

 

You’re out of stock on the item I wish to purchase. Will you be restocking your inventory? 

Not likely. We make our product in highly limited quantities so once something sells out, we mostly will never make it again. On occasion, however, we will re-stock some of our items. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site. 

 

I’ve added an item to my cart, but somehow it is already sold out. 

Products on our site are sold on a first come, first served basis. While you are in the process of checking out, another customer may have completed the purchase of the last available item. 

 

I ordered from your online shop and need an exchange or return (or any other general customer service inquiry).

I ordered an item days ago and I still haven't received it. I also paid for "x days" shipping. Where is my order?

Shipping methods do not include processing time. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to process, although most will be shipped within 3 to 4. You will receive an email from info@nora-inu.com when you order has been confirmed. If you still have not received your purchase 3 weeks after you received the confirmation email, please notify info@nora-inu.com 

We are doing our best to fulfill all orders in a timely manner, but as a small business, we are not always able to process orders immediately unlike larger companies with in-house fulfillment centers. We appreciate your understanding and patience. 

 

I tried to place an order and it didn’t go through, but it’s showing up on my online statement as being charged. 

This is a temporary hold on your credit card placed by your bank/credit card company. We have contacted your bank/credit card company. They will remove the hold in 3-5 business days. Your order will not be captured, charged, or processed.

 

I’d like to work with you, do you have any internships/job opportunities?

Unfortunately, not at this time. 

 

I’m a student and I’d like to ask you some questions, can I send them over? 

We aren’t able to help you on a direct basis but you can most likely find out all the information you need by looking through our blog. If you’d like to submit a question that hasn’t been addressed before, you can email info@nora-inu.com.
