Our online customer service hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm PST. Does not include holidays. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response to your inquiry. Emails sent during non-office hours will be handled on our next business day.

For sizing and additional product information we ask that you include the title, color, and size of the item in your message.  For inquiries regarded a previously placed order, please include your order number in your message.
