We’ve updated our Return Policy with more detailed instructions on how to make returns or exchanges as well as how shipping, international shipping, tracking, and refunds work. To learn more, read here.

◼ Customer Service
Our online customer service hours are now set at Monday-Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm PST. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response to your inquiry. Emails sent during non-office hours will be handled on our next business day. To learn more, read here.
