NORA INU is many different things. It's Japanese for stray dog. A great film from Kurosawa. A way of life. But perhaps most relevant, it is the name of our clothing company.
Currently, we only offer graphic tees in store but we plan on expanding onto other fun items to sell, like hoodies and tote bags. Really though, our main focus is to make sure we put out great quality products.

Yes, we do. We here at NORA INU can assure you that your personal information will never be sold, rented, or shared with any third party. This excludes the sharing of your shipping address with one of our shipping providers (UPS, FedEx, etc.) and the transmitting of your credit card information to our credit card processor, so we can process your payment. These two exceptions are necessary for any transaction that takes place on any website where a physical product is being sold.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 30 days and we’ll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs. However, all transactions during sales are final.
Once a request for a return is made, we will send a return label. After we receive the original package, you will be refunded the full cost of the item minus shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. All tags must still be attached. Final Sale items or items bought through a special deal (like the Mystery Bag) can not be returned or exchanged. No returns, refunds, or exchanges on international orders at the moment. Nora Inu will not be responsible for the costs of shipping for returns.
If you need to trade your item for a different size or color, contact us and we’ll send you a return label. Only qualifying items can be exchanged. Since Shopify doesn’t have an exchange system built in, there are two possible ways an exchange can be made:
1. Once we receive the original item, we can refund the original order and you can make a new order through our website for the item you want. The refund might take a few days to process depending on your card issuer’s policies.
2. Once we receive the original item, we can send you an invoice with the new shipping fee for the exchange item. If the new item has a higher value than the original item, the difference will be added to the invoice. Orders will not be sent out until shipping fees are paid.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns or exchanges of an item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
